UC Irvine’s Founders’ Pledge gives students, alumni, faculty and staff an opportunity to include philanthropy in their startup ventures.
The UCI Founders' Pledge is a personal, nonbinding pledge to support the university with a gift that’s meaningful to you, when the time is right for you, to the schools and programs that matter to you. When you make the pledge, you join an exclusive community of entrepreneurs, investors and leaders who have a passion for UCI’s work, ideals and mission. To date, Diego Vigil, Ph.D., professor emeritus in the Department of Criminology, Law and Society, and alumni David Ochi, executive director of the ANTrepreneur Center and longtime startup entrepreneur, and Robert Kollar, vice president and general counsel of Givsum Inc., have stepped forward to sign the pledge.
